I just thought I’d drop in a quick entry before I collapse for the evening.
After two fifty-firsts of my latest attempt at personal improvement I have achieved exactly two fifty-firsts of my goals. An aggressive 92km with the local club on Saturday morning followed by 81.5km including a visit to Mount Everest this morning.
All I’ve got to do is hold it together for another 49 days and I’ll be laughing come track season. That should be dead easy since my goal for this week is only 558km (346mi). And that will be the shortest week until October.
